A Match Consultant Limited does not request Hong Kong identity card numbers or payment details through these enquiry forms.

3. Use, Access and Disclosure

Access should be limited to authorised users who need the information for the stated purpose. Relevant service providers may process information for secure hosting, storage or communications. Personal data should not be disclosed to an employer for recruitment purposes without an appropriate purpose, process and consent.

4. Curriculum Vitae and Uploaded Documents

Uploads are intended to remain private and must not be published. A career-advisory curriculum vitae does not create consent for employer recruitment use. An approved access, retention and deletion procedure is required before publication.

5. Marketing

Marketing consent is separate, optional and unticked by default. Declining marketing does not prevent operational follow-up to the requested enquiry.
